  1. Tony59 Have stayed a few times, rooms are fairly basic, mostly with single beds. Rooms 225, 227, 321, 322 all had a double bed. It can get a bit noisy at night. Sabai Lodge a couple of minutes walk away is a much better option for service and value for money. I think the Beachview is a bit overpriced. Hope this helps. regards step
  2. Crelus You could give TIC travel a try. I have used them to go to the airport and they have always been reliable. They have said they will have a car waiting at the airport if they have arrival time, flight number and charge the same price as going from Pattaya to the airport.Have not tried them on this leg as i get a Thai limo. Here is the e mail address tictravel@loxinfo.co.th regards step
  3. crelus If you go to BJ restaurant on beach road north and speak to Lek who is BJs wife. She rents condos out at Markland at about 600bt - 800bt per night depending on demand. Not sure how many she manages or prices over xmas and newyear. A friend had one on the 19teenth floor and the view is great so i will be staying there next trip. Room had air con, i think electric included in price and maid service every 2 days. happy hunting step
