One of the partners has re-opened with Big Kahuna Burger & doing pretty much the same kind of food. I've tried the cuban sandwich & the burger, both were real tasty Good luck to the lad for having the balls to carry on, I wish him & the place success.

I'm not on FB & the website's are closed with calls to that number going straight to a call back service that won't take my number. Can anyone offer advice on how to get a delivery from this gaff? I've tried Indian by Nature twice & both were awful so tried one on the new indian gaffs in town & that was inedible. I'm after an old school curry just like my mum local curry used to make back home -
Sinbin bar in Pattayaland shows the rugby. I think the boss used to play for Shannon in Ireland

Thanks fella. One of the reasons that I love Thailand is for the food so I had hoped to get some decent feedback on this question

What is your favorite dish & which regional food do you prefer? I love my seafood but I do have difficulty getting decent wild, fresh fish in the restaurants. It all seems farmed & that includes the shell fish The title should read Lao not Loa (corrected for you, Glyn.)

That's what I thought & that's the whole point of going to an island. A bit of r&r. For noise & lights I can stay in Patts.

Gents, I want to take a trip to one of these islands over the xmas. Can anyone suggest a place to stay & suggest which is the best of the 2?

I went & had a look at the Asia hotel & it fitted the bill perfectly except for the rooms which were atrocious. That hotel is in bad need of a refit.

There's fellow who works on Pattaya Tai by the start of 2nd Road. He's just past the first shop on the same side as & before the temple, opp the school. He there during the day just working a gap between the shops. He did a great job on 2 pair of my shoes but get the gf to negoiate the price!

We'll be in the Patts area anyway so I was thinking of splashing out on a decent room with a balconey overlooking the beach & having a family party with a few friends invited. We could have dinner early evening a stroll & then up to the room for say 11ish. That way we would be out of the mayhem. As we probably won't make use of the room to sleep in, all that we would need is location as we'd bring everything else with us. Does that sound like a workable plan & can anyone suggest somewhere were I won't be as wallet-raped as soemwhere like the Hilton? I know that you are often f

Fellas, I've only done 1 nye in Pattaya & that was about 10 years ago but is there a big fireworks/shindig on the beach each year & what's a great spot for watching if you've got children with you? I like to plan ahead

I've seen those nice looking telescopes for sale at Carrefore but they're looking for silly money. I often check out cash convertors for 2nd hand ones but no joy. Does anyone know where I can get one without breaking the bank?
