I'm surprise nobody mention pattaya beer garden?ok food but nice overlooking the sea with breeze.Sizzler at royal garden is a comfortable place to dine with many self help salad bar. Another place I could think of is basement food court at central.cheap & broad selection of stall in air-con environment to stay out of the afternoon heat.most important thing is your Thai girl-friend will get to enjoy her thaifood and u can have your farang food in there if u like.win win situation. Always dine in there no matter with my bf,friends or even alone. 2bahts of help I hope

You get try a small hole in wall type of eatery opposite euro asia bar on soi chaiyapoon.I grew up eating spice all my life & could handle spiceiness pretty well,but once i pass by & had those mix dish vegetable & chicken with rice,after 2 mouthful I break into sweat a feel more mouth my scalp is numb.Of course im unable to finish that plate,the old thaiman whos the boss broke into laughter,saying'see i warned u,this is south thailand dish which even plenty of thai cant handle this spiciness'My tounge is on fired to speak.

I had thier guiness & steak pie on my last trip & its one of the food that i put on my returned to eat list end of this month:thumbup Not foget to mention a nice place to enjoy the view of soi sex(i mean six) when u r savouring your meal
