  1. Actually, the most entertaining baseball is played in Omaha every June.I started going in the 70's and get back as often as possible.
  2. I used NOD32 before and if I can get it on sale again for $10,I'll reinstall it.I am happy woth both MSE and Panda workong together as Gary stated.I didn't see a slowdown with MSE. Remember Black Friday is only 4 weeks away and there should be some great deals out there.
  3. http://news.cnet.com/8301-13845_3-20021017...tml?tag=nl.e796 Get Panda Cloud Antivirus Pro for free Normally $29.95, this robust security utility offers protection against viruses, spyware, and rootkits. There are plenty of free security tools out there, but few include technical support, and many of them bug you with ads and nag screens. Those are just two of the reasons to spend a few bucks on a pro-level antivirus solution. Of course, why spend a few bucks when you don't have to? Until tomorrow, you can get Panda Cloud Antivirus Pro 1.3 absolutely free. Regular price: $29.95. As with most paid AV programs, that price is for a one-year license--and so is this freebie. Next year at this time, you can decide if you want to pony up for another year, or just stick with the feature-reduced (but still very effective) free version. Cloud Antivirus Pro promises protection from viruses, spyware, and rootkits. It can disable Autorun to help protect you from viruses that propagate via flash drives, and the Pro version includes "automatic USB vaccination" to keep you from getting or spreading that kind of malware. (Interestingly, I just had such an encounter with an infected flash drive.) Also included with the Pro version: 24-7 multilingual tech support. For anyone who wouldn't have a clue what to do in the event of a virus infestation, that could prove mighty helpful. You can read more about Panda Cloud Antivirus over at CNET's Download Blog. As noted there, "during the registration process, the checkout cart will state at some point, 'Your card hasn't been charged yet.' This is apparently a cart template and does not affect users who are taking part in the license key giveaway." So don't freak out. I continue to rely on Microsoft Security Essentials for malware protection, but just the other day I had to rescue my parents' laptop from an infection that MSE missed. Maybe a pro-level tool like Cloud Antivirus would have done a better job.

  5. Nothing new there. He also has selective memory but you are correct.
  6. Now if it was Butt Pirates Day,that would be different...........
  7. "Chickened out"? LOL,once again you prove you're a DUMB FUCK! One,you didn't leave the house you said you were cosidering leasing to me,at least as far as I know. And 2,I left Thailand last May when my sister and I decided to remove our Mother from life support. And when I say the south,I believe Songkhla is in the south, right? I won't see any of BKK on my way out, just the airport. You're just a sad, wannabe Brit.
  8. So Tommy, how are things down in the south these days? Any recent explosions to report? Of course you don't want to post that in this forum because you want everyone to believe it's a paradise down there.
  9. Spanish Primera League?
  10. Every price on the notice board was more than I paid on my lease and were not as nicely furnished.I signed my lease on Aug 15 or so,2008.I think I got a very good deal and had no worries collecting my deposit when I left. But the notice board inside the lobby does offer alternitives.
  11. When I leased in VT2 last year,it was through Jomtien Properties, which is on the left immediately after you exit the property.
  12. It's what I have done since I retired 5 years ago.The longest I've stayed anywhere is just over a year. But I'm heading to Hawaii soon and plan to stay for quite a while.I do return to my sister's home to visit and pick up everything I've ordered while away. She stores my belongings and depending on where I'm living,I take what I need. All but a year or so have been outside the USA. The wanderlust is over for a while. If I had to do it over, yes I would.
  13. just kidding,of course, because we all know women are treated equally.................
  14. Just who are you referring to as a racist?
  15. BigD you have your priorities straight-skimp on rentals but splurge on food! RibCo is good. No Thanksgiving Dinner buffet this year............
  16. Hopefully it will be those two.
  17. No,but Boeing is waiting for AirSubsidy to buy one to steal the technology for the A3500AWD-800.I think that means All Wheel Drive.
  18. which means US will host 2022 WC. Announcement to follow in 6 weeks-Dec 2 .
  19. Soi 11 & Jomtien Beach Rd.
  20. When a polite person called me Sir (as opposed to what they normally call folks my age).
  21. Correct except for fried chicken reference-it just isn't sold in stadia in US. Rooney doesn't put it in the net unless their's a reference to his current/past BGF. Cheer leaders is one word in US jacko, you seem to be one the right track though. And let's not forget popcorn. What an awful feeling, for a moment I felt like Google Tom while correcting someone else's post and COLD beer and nachos and cotton candy for the kids
  22. I'm fine with Italian African then.
  23. I have been tasked by NESV to make changes to bring the "team" in line with the remainder of USA sports: It's a team, not a club.A club is where I go with a date or where to find one. Since the NESV is paying all the debt, the have decided to change several things. The name will be changed to Liverpool Soccer Team (LST) from Liverpool Football Club (LFC) The team name will be the Liverpool Red Sox,or possibly Red Stockings in deference to their British heritage They will play on a field, not a pitch.A pitch is something a pitcher does-they will learn. They will be wearing uniforms, not kit. They will be wearing spikes or cleats, not boots (when did they wear boots anyway) The Kop end of the stands will be repainted green and renamed the Green Monster Baked beans will not be served as a breakfast item, only after noon Beer will be cold and they will sell iced tea. They will play in cold weather, including a frozen field They will play 9 innings, not 2 45 minute halves This is a rough draft but there will be other changes.Feel free to offer any suggestions.
