Ken, I set that up on my PC a long wile back, so I hope my info is correct. Click on START, SETTINGS, CONTROL PANEL, INTERNET OPTIONS. then on the second bottom line you will see LANGUAGES. Scroll throuhg them and click on Thai. Thats on Windows 98. At least thats how I think I did it. Hope this helps.

7&8 Year olds are in a different world at that age so they wouldnt pick up on much. But I dont think it would be fair to take a kid (male) over 12 or 13 who is starting to figure out what its all about.

I was in Samui a few years ago and I noticed the service staff used to rake the sand smooth every morning in front of our bungalow. At first I thought they were just doing it to make it look nice, but later found out they were looking for jewelry and cash dropped by the tourists. This all happened just after sunrise, so most of the tourists were still asleep. I doubt many lost articles were returned to their owners. I would be really surprised if scavenging rights on the Pattaya beaches havent been tied up by the Thais long ago. So be a bit carefull about encroaching on some Thais livelyh
