Hey OJ, I stayed at SVA last summer. I moved there after the Markland. Great views at the Markland: from the room, from the glass elevator and from the circular resturant on the top floor. HOWEVER, the place is dumpy, the room smelled bad and there were little ants everywhere (especially the bathroom). I could not get out of there fast enough!!! I was on the 5th floor at SVA, no real view except construction between SVA and the beach. You could see the water from the rooftop pool so maybe the 7th (top) floor would offer a view but the beach is pretty far (about 3/4 of a block). Desp

I almost picked the Sunshine Vista Apt for my stay in July but now I am considering the Markland and Beach View. I like the idea of a nice ocean view and not if SVA has those. I like a clean room, good bed, good a/c and good bathroom. Saw a review saying Markland had low showers and weak water pressure, is that always the case? I see BigDusa stay at the beach view and liked it but does not seem to go back - why? Please post your opinions about all three places.

Jimmybcool, since the review is not posted I am curious. I was planning on staying at the Sunshine Vista Apartments on my next trip. I want a clean place with a balcony that has a view and a pool, SVA seem to fit the bill. How was it? I don't need all the details. Thanks.
