Well last year we did some daily specials during the slow season and they seemed to do OK. Thanksgiving was just that, giving thanks to my customers hence the lower price. I was asked by many people to do a Christmas and I said I would but I'm not going to work that hard and miss my time from my family for nothing so that is why the price is 100 bt more. Great job Pete, as you know I can sympathise with your restaurant issues. We certaintly don't serve that many meals but my kitchen is very small and I know what problems with staff are like. Actually me and the wife were on our way there yesterday but could not find any place to park close and were not in the mood for a long walk so we missed it. We will try again soon. I have not seen your place or kitchen but would welcome a tour and I'm sure with your management skills and some general guidance from fellow restauranteurs you will prevail in the long run.
