First let me say we are still open and will remain open. We will also be attending the Annual Jesters Children fair on Sept 12. We will have are usual burgers, hot dogs, tacos, Ribs, and Margaritas available. Please I urge everyone to attend it is for a good cause. As many of you know we had the restaurant up for sale a while back due primarily to my fathers terminal cancer illness. But we were unable to secure the sale at our asking price of 2.2 million baht. We had some inquiries but nothing came through. We now to make a more difficult decision as my fathers health has deteriorated, and is now down to his last 3-4 months left to live. I also just found out that now my mother is undergoing testing for cancer as well with very high platelet count. I can no longer ignore or prolong being with my family. But due to our current financial situation we just don't have the money to get back to the states without a sale of the restaurant. So we have listed it with some agents and are advertising it at 1 million baht or best offer. Even in a Fire sale it is worth 500,000 + so we will consider all offers over this amount. Well last year we did some daily specials during the slow season and they seemed to do OK. So I have decided to offer some more specials this year to all those who have supported me over the last 5 years. ALL U CAN EAT RIBS We now have a ALL -u- can Eat Baby Back Ribs for 399 bt. Everyday from 13:00-18:00 This includes a salad, Chicken Tortilla Soup, Potato Salad, Cole Slaw, Corn, BBQ Sauce 99 BT MENU We also have a 99 bt menu with a few real good items like, Hamburger and FF, Pulled Pork, Chicken Burger & FF, Chicken Tortilla Soup and more. Everyday from 13:00-17:00 DAILY SPECIALS We also have a selection of Daily Specials which change all the time for 199 bt. All Specials are Dine in only and require a one drink minimum purchase. Thanksgiving was just that, giving thanks to my customers hence the lower price. I was asked by many people to do a Christmas and I said I would but I'm not going to work that hard and miss my time from my family for nothing so that is why the price is 100 bt more. My wine supplier gives me this special once a year only so no free wine this time. As for your answer to the seating I think you can figure that out on your own. We have a small place and when you are sold out you can't put 1 person at a table for 4-5. Now the good thing about Christmas is you can make a reservation for anytime during the day from 1-11 pm so odds are better that you may be able to sit at a table. I can assure you the food will be hot, and as good or better than Thanksgiving. However it is your choice and there are many places serving Christmas Dinner for you to choose. You will not find any other place serving our kind of spread, and all you can eat, and with VAT included for 600 bt. Most places are 850-1500+. I wish to invite everyone to join us in celebrating the wife's (Tah) birthday on December 15th 2008. This is the first time in 6 years she is having a real party. She usually is the one to have a small not much of anything party at home. This year she wanted a party. So we are going to have music, FREE food, Pig, Thai food, Appetizers, and lots of cold beer and whiskey. From 8 pm til we drop. We will be open serving food from the menu until 9-10 pm then we will serve only the party food, but will remain open to sell drinks until late. Great job Pete, as you know I can sympathise with your restaurant issues. We certaintly don't serve that many meals but my kitchen is very small and I know what problems with staff are like. Actually me and the wife were on our way there yesterday but could not find any place to park close and were not in the mood for a long walk so we missed it. We will try again soon. I have not seen your place or kitchen but would welcome a tour and I'm sure with your management skills and some general guidance from fellow restauranteurs you will prevail in the long run. Our service girls are now in new uniform with cowboy hats and all. And no they are not bar finable (look but touch off premises) rules apply. Will post some pictures of staff soon. Should make for a good day of Fun Cowgirls and Indians.

Hello everyone, Well we have decided to due some specials while it has slowed down some. One of the reason that sparked me to due these are I have some very talented chef's from different backgrounds of cuisine cooking. I know it is just like many other things if you don't use it you might forget it. So I thought this could be a chance for my staff to keep up some of there skills they learned before working for us and at the same time give customers a bit of change. During the busy months it is not easy to due specials like this so now is the time. So now to the point. Mondays=Italian night, Pasta, Lasagna, Pizza etc. (This night will change weekly) Tuesday=Tex Mex night, Fajitas, and other Mexican specialties. (This night will change weekly) Wednesday=Smoked Rib Dinner, Our long standing Rib special Thursday=Pork Chop dinner night, Friday=Chicken & Dumplings Texas Style Saturday=Old Fashion Beef Stew. Sunday=Pot Luck, Chef's Choice The prices will range from 149-199 depending on the special, but most will be 149 bt There is a minimum of 1 drink required, and is for DINE IN ONLY. The special is good all day from the time it is ready to the time we run out. If anyone has a request for Pot luck days let me know I might be able to accommodate.
