The other day I was scanning down the list of condos for sale in Pattaya when I thought to myself "I wonder who the neighbours are"? After all it’s not like buying a place back home. Here you can ask the estate agent what the predominant population consist of Ie Indians, Germans, Italian, French, Russians or heavy metal fans etc I notice there’s a Turkish quarter near Walking Street and I have heard there’s a lot of Germans that hang out near big C and that Naklua is predominantly Russian. My question is for example, If I am English, it would possibly be an advantage to buy an apartment in a
