Its OK lads... I have decided to buy a caravan at Skegness. Only joking - would the estate agent show me any relaible documentation that would tell me the percentage of occupancy? Is it realy going to be a case of taking pot luck in buying a place in the centre of Moscow or in the middle of Mumbai?

I know people move around but at the moment I hear conflicting stoires Ie The occupants of the Amazon Resort, Park Lane and Pardise Park are nearly all Russian owned. If so is this beacuse "Matrix propertie" is Russian owned too? Would an estate agent tell me the percentage of a perticular developments population? As some one mentioned 70% owned by Russian, 20% British 10%French and 5% Irish owned for example? The other day I was scanning down the list of condos for sale in Pattaya when I thought to myself "I wonder who the neighbours are"? After all it’s not like buying a place back home. Here you can ask the estate agent what the predominant population consist of Ie Indians, Germans, Italian, French, Russians or heavy metal fans etc I notice there’s a Turkish quarter near Walking Street and I have heard there’s a lot of Germans that hang out near big C and that Naklua is predominantly Russian. My question is for example, If I am English, it would possibly be an advantage to buy an apartment in a condominium that is occupied by mainly British people and hat maybe other nationalities think this way too. so - which condos are predominantly occupied by Indians, Germans, French, Italians, Russians
