Penthouse Hotel afterthoughts ; i have stayed at this hotel quite a few times since i first found it years ago and without trying to steer guys there i would say a few comments. I think is a decent, affordable and fun place to be, don't find any other places like this one, not only in Thailand but in other countries. similar but not with the set up and all the ammenities which the Penthouse hotel offers. those theme rooms are nicely set up for mongering all the way . the longest i've stayed there had been 2 weeks and was very please. most of my visits there have been between 2 to 5 days. as far as the restaurant and the food in general is concern, is just great, don't know why somebody would say that the breakfast buffet is not good, unless you showed up 2 minutes before closing, time i assumed most of the food is gone . let's be reasonable and don't demand perfection on everything. even in the States some so called "high class hotels" with all the stars of the sky are a total rip-off!!. Anyway, agreed that they clutter the rooms with lots of souvenirs, snacks and what not which give some girls sticky fingers, personally never have had this problem and hopefully never will. no problems bringing girls (one time brought 2 for the night) , heard about this bug problem and only one time i found a dead roach (probably from a heart attack watching them porno channells!!!) . Would i stay there whenever i go to pattaya??? Well, i'd say is a prime destination i'd always consider but also i like to experience other hotels in town. Always have a back up place to fall in. one time i couldn't get a room at the penthouse and ended up at the White Inn hotel. I am going to LOS next month and ciertainly would love to spend a few nights there, won't stay the whole time 'cause i want to try a couple of hotels i have in mind.///

Mulphy; I am really interestred in checking this Soi again. I will go to LOS next month or most likely will make a couple of stops 'cause i'm heading to the Philippines too. Never paid too much attention to Soi L.K. Metro but your reviews of the bars, clubs and also the accomodations it offered it picked my interesdt. Would ciertainly be at the Rock House and see how good it is. Always a pleasure seeing Pattaya in general getting for the better./// Raider///
