We have always stayed at Penthouse. (including our trips in October and November 2003) A few comments: The pool is NOT finished! When it is there will be an extra charge for using it! We had a FIRM booking for a Pattaya Room. When we arrived none was available so upgraded AT OUR EXPENSE! until Pattaya Room became available and we moved. (Bloody silly pissing us off over Bht250! But it was Dudley's decision) Items we had left in the room on previous departure, which we were told- after inquiry- would be waiting for us upon our arrival.
