The only thing that i have found difficult to get in Pattaya are the very strong painkillers that i use for my problematic back pain that flares up occasionally , every time i try to get them from a pharmacy they say they do not have them and i have to go to the hospital and get a prescription from the doctor and then get them from the in house pharmacy within the hospital and have to pay well over the top for them , also they will only give me a small amount of them so i can not stock up them for later use and this is the only way i can get them as there is no generic alternative on the marke

I think the reason for these signs in a lot of places is because they are not connected to the sewer system and the waste is held in a tank under the floor of the premises , and you see the guy's early in the morning arriving in there small trucks with a tank on the back and a pump to suck out the waste from the tanks , if there is too much paper in the tank it will clog the pump up and piss of the guys doing the work who will then charge the customer more baht because of the extra time it will take to unblock the pump and carry on pumping . Simple really........
