There is a great tourist / travel show called scam city. It's a UK show, and the shows host goes to well known city's around the globe and gets scammed and secretly films it. Then confronts the scammers. Naturally he hits Bkk where he goes to the jewellery scammers. But in Rio he meets several " black widows ", who are ladyboys and also working girls.. They dope your drink, when you leave the room or your drink is unattended. And within 10/15 mins your stuff is gone, you wake up a day or two later with a serious migraine from the horse tranquilizer they give you. . Well worth watching. I

Hey guys and girls, I would like your opinions on must see places for a newbie. Do you have a place you hit often or a place you wished you knew about on day 1. I realize there are a lot of bars, that cater to all tastes, tourist attractions etc. but if you had to pick just three places to hit, what or where would you recommend a newbie to go in the month of October or for that matter any month ??? I am sure a lot of nubes myself included who are travelling there who will find your time and experience their invaluable. Thanks in advance Kiwi

I think I will be stopping in at the Punch and Judy, that's a lot of food on one plate. And it all looks delicious. I
