Gentlemen... I'm pleased to announce we have our business now. We have bought the Vikings bar in Soi buakhao. We are located beside the Chaba hut. Directly across from the 7/11. From tonight we are open and selling drinks. We hope to be up and running, selling Chinese food in about a week or so. The bar will be undergoing a bit of renovation as we turn it into a bar diner with a working kitchen. We have some new 'recruits' starting work tonight...Don't remember their names but these Ladies are brand new to Pattaya! Fingers crossed... here we go.

There can't be Indian girl or Russian girl bars. They couldn't get work permits and would be reported to the Cops by Thai girls. Saying that there is Galaxy cabaret a high priced Russian joint on WS. And there used to be a Russian strip club on a Soi off WS but I believe that's gone now? Foreign hookers in Pattaya are mostly street walkers.

I think so mate. I'll post some of the e-mail I got from London and basically they just wanted a Thai Marriage Cert. Hull has been breaking guidelines for years I think they are coming down hard on their non O applications. Mrs Wishart in Glasgow said a Marriage cert is all that is needed for Her to issue one.

That's not what they told me in Glasgow or London. Just a Thai Marriage cert and a copy of Wifes passport is enough for the multiple Non O. The only niggle with me was they wanted the Thai translation of the Marriage cert. My visa was issued on 11th October.

I don't think that rule has changed, has it? Is it 800K for a retirement extension and 400K for a Marriage extension in the bank?

What change was that regarding money in the bank? Is that for a Marriage extension or Non O?

Rent for a while first then look around. I think some condos are decent investments but then again I've never bought one. Might in the future though..
