just wondering if the standard rooms are a similar size usually stay at sandy spring but am staying at dynasty inn bkk on first night then thought i might use free van service to stay at dynasty inn pattaya. the room price similar for both.

am looking at going in may so maybe negotiate something even cheaper.

jasmine mansion sounds ideal good location good price and quiet with nice rooms, i was just looking for somewhere where i don`t have to walk through a bar all the time, especially when bringing company back to my room.

areca lodge would be a far better bargain with good pools and includes breakfast and 80 baht cheaper low season, i have heard good reports about dynasty inn though, any views appreciated.

they are building a third accomodation building on fair side of swimming pool, but there didn`t seem to be any construction noise to worry about when i was there, this hotel books out easy especially in weekends, so you better book well in advance

have done so myself, you,have to remember its a pretty small pool though
