Thank you for your candid feedback. There were two days we did maintenance/repair on one of the showers as well as one of the AC units where it was hotter than normal. The heat may have contributed to the odor you mentioned. I assure you our facility is clean and does not smell under normal circumstances. It is a bit slow in Pattaya these days so we are trying to make improvements to the shop. We have new towels, sheets, massage chairs, a reconstructed bar, etc. However these are now complete, with the exception of the bar which should reopen Thursday. I am very sorry you received poor service - can you tell me the name of your therapist? Were there any positives about the massage? Was it thai or oil? Regarding the front of the shop we have six massage chairs (foot) directly in front of the window looking out at the ocean - these are located as soon as you walk in and you pass it to go to the massage beds. In addition we have eight foot massage chairs out on the deck - did you see any of this when you came to the shop? Regarding the privacy - we have velcro ties and clips so i will check and make sure these are attached to each curtain as they should be as well as check the dust problem you mentioned. Do you remember the location of the massage bed inside the shop? Thank you again for the detailed review. Even though it was not up to the standard it should be we are making improvements based on this feedback and hope you will give us another try in the future.

I think the forum has been giving both positive and negative feedback. Most people reading are smart enough to know when a poster is putting something specific to their tastes and relate it to their own opinion on the subject. It is all an education and i appreciate it so be honest and bring on the feedback. I think if you can use the outcall service or visit the shop in person and then write a post, like i have seen someone do, then maybe my explanation of the shop can be evaluated and a better review of the service can be had. I had hoped a handful of people would try the service and then provide that feedback so we could improve the services offered through actual client experiences. I will continue to check back here in the hopes to see more posts about peoples actual experiences with the shop. Thanks for the help!

A four hands massage is 580 baht for one hour. A one hour oil massage is 300 baht so you would be saving 20 baht from the normal price of two therapists for one hour each.

We rarely see many arab customers in this part of town. The way the shop is setup the shisha would not be smelled by customers getting a massage. The foot massage area where you can smoke shisha or cigarettes is on one side and separated by large fans designed to keep the smoke away from the shop without hurting the experience by the person smoking. It is a bit unique and i would recommend you come see for yourself. We do not play arab music at the bar - typical music is relaxing beach vibes during the day, and as the night goes on it goes more into top 40 style music. In the shop we play normal massage music at a low volume so one can enjoy the massage, and when getting a thai or oil massage you would not hear the outside music from the bar as it separated by about 20 meters and two entrances.

At Sabai Massage i think you will find it to be a bit upmarket from the 200 baht places around Soi Buakhao in terms of spaciousness, furnishings, design and most importantly the view. For some those are minor differences, to others a bit more important. We try to offer everything - older experienced therapists that give some of the best massages in Pattaya, younger girls for looks over experience, and even ladyboys for those that want something exotic. Even the younger girls go through very good training and can give excellent massage, but obviously they are picked by customers for other reasons. Thanks for your comments!

We put a note on the website that the bar was being redone this week ahead of Songkran so below the big deck there is some street level work being done although there is no noise expected during massage hours. The indoor massage facilities will be unaffected. We expect to have the bar reopen on the 8th, but of course this is Thailand so i will update the bar section of the website if there are any delays.

All good points, but i think in this case it is important to have someone who has actually visited the shop to give their opinion before making changes to our business. So please come pay us a visit and judge for yourself in person and perhaps the setup would make you change you opinion or at least see the other side.

To clarify the massage shop is setup like this: A fairly big building that houses room for 14 massages plus 6 foot massage chairs, all airconditioned. Then there is a large deck raised about 2 meters above the street level with another 8 foot massage chairs for those that want outdoor massage. Then there is a bar area below the deck at street level with tables and chairs for people watching and a nice ocean view. So if you don't want shisha smoke then you have choices. In fact even on the deck we have one side for shisha and one side without so if you want to sit outside then you can do so relatively smoke free as the deck is fairly large and our fans do a great job keeping the smoke away. That said we only have 3 shisha pipes at the shop, we aren't a shisha house, and we tend to get just 2 or 3 shisha buyers in a given day so this is just an offering not a primary function of our business. But i will certainly take your feedback into consideration and if we find that people who visit the shop have an issue with the shisha we will discontinue it. Thank you for your thoughts.

Actually since the outcall is 90 minutes it is equivalent to 450 baht of incall prices so the difference is 300 baht to cover the additional travel and setup time like you suggest. We figure 30-45 minutes roundtrip travel plus setup time plus cost of transportation so really there is no net gain for us other than another way of having happy clients and growing our business beyond the 2 meter spread between us and the next massage place as Gabor so accurately pointed out. I appreciate the comments and opportunity to respond.

I think your assessment of the outcall services is very good although i would like to comment about how Sabai Massage outcall differs. All of the other services you mentioned are pure sex shops, end game is the same just a different way to get there depending on the one you choose. Our outcall massage differs in the sense that the massage is real, like any massage shop you might find in Pattaya, and what happens after, if anything, is between you and the girl. The point is they are all professionally trained massage therapists while these other outcall services rarely consider the massage a real part of what you ordered. Give us a try and let me know what you think of the difference between us and the other services you mentioned. Thanks for your comments!

Thank you for your feedback regarding the shisha. Please note that the bar area is separate from the massage and the massage is both indoor with airconditioning and outdoor if you prefer. Of course you can enjoy the outcall service in the comfort of your own home or hotel (shisha optional;)

I am new to the forum and wanted to let everyone know I am the manager of a new outcall massage service. I will do my best to stay on top of this post if anyone has any questions or comments as i believe forums like this is how you learn to improve your business so please post your feedback (good and bad but hopefully mostly good;). The shop is called Sabai Massage located on Pattaya Beach Road and Soi 5. The website is www.pattayaoutcallmassage.com and the cost is 750 baht for a 90 minute massage in your hotel or residence. On any given day we have 16-20 ladies/ladyboys and most of them do outcall, but you can also come visit the shop and enjoy a foot massage with an ocean view while sipping cocktails and/or smoking shisha at our relaxing beachfront bar in front of the shop. At the shop we charge 200 baht for a foot massage and 300 for a spectacular oil massage (1 hour). We are open from around 11am to about midnight. My girls aim to please.
