Well 42 sq. meters might not be large but it's big enough for most expats to live in. Most guys want to spend less on the "basics" and more on "fun" (bar girls and freelancers). my room is only 30 something sq. meters and i'm totally fine with it as there is high level furniture a gym , elevator and 24 hour security.

Well most "family tourists" in pattaya are from poor third world countries like china russia india and malaysia i don't think that counts as "quality tourists".

hi all i am planning to rent a condo in either pratumnak or jomtien . how long on average i would need to wait for a baht bus on jomtien to take me to beach road ? are there lots of baht buses there like in central pattaya and beach road ? and how much time it takes a baht buse to reach beach road from jomtien or pratumnak ?

what is the current monthly rate at maman mansion in pattaya? 5k i have seen online is outdated .......
