Used my Visa at a bank! for cash advance in PP, my one and only use in SEA. 4 months later found 4 charges totalling >$3k within a 10 days span. Visa killed the # and issued a new one. No monetary loss there, just a pain in having to update all my usual net merchants with a new CC. This trip I'm gonna send Visa an e-mail stating the period I'll be in SEA. Outside of that period they are to refuse any and all charges outside of my home country. I think it is wise to let them know your travel plans, otherwise when their security kicks in and they try to call you at home and if no answer

After the 28th, I'm game for Angeles City, and/or Cambodia. Never been to AC, but quite familiar with PP.
