I arrived at this thread out of my own curiosity after a 10-day visit to Thailand in March where I got lackadaisical about condom use after about the 3rd day. I tip my hat to Barrief and his heartfelt post on page 1, along with the various replies. I tested negative for everything last month, although I would recommend everyone to always use a condom. It's easier said than done, especially typing this sober when in fact I was quite buzzed all throughout my first visit to Pattaya. Alcohol definitely makes Thailand more fun, but, I should be more careful whenever I decide to go back again.
