I would put my spaghetti sauce up against ANYONE'S, it is the absolute best in Thailand !!! Although I doubt I could find an honest judging panel, would be more like 3 hungry people just filling up, THEN askin for second's, to confirm they're taste buds opinion's !! HA! HA! HA! (and then ask if I had a beer to wash it down !!!)

Tonite's menu, meatloaf, with mashed potato's, broccoli with cheese sauce n sliced tomato's, was very good, I liked the cheese sauce on the broccoli, added a different element to the standard steamed broccoli, and I added 2 tablespoons of cayenne pepper to the meatloaf mix, to kick it up a notch, wasn't hot, but it did make my lips tingle on the after-taste ! I should open a restaurant, just so you guys can get a sampling of my cooking. Too bad they don't have smell-a-vision or taste-a-vision on this forum. HA! HA! HA!

DAMMMMMMMMN, took the left over quesadilla ingredients from dinner last nite and made an omelette for breakfast, WAS EXCELLENT !!! HA! HA! HA!

Hopin someone on the board is from Bangkok, and see some there, that I might be able to work out a deal with, to bring some here on they're next trip to Pattaya.

I do a rough sketch, then, take a couple of picture's, then finish the piece at my house over the next couple of week's, if I need or want more detail, I'll go back to the same place and get more. Everyone has sat at one of these stone tables somewhere in Pattaya, I have a couple at my house, and when I'm outside drinkin, after a few, quite a few, sometime's I start to see images in the marble inlay's.
