Stayed in the urban next door and never heard any noise in the evenings, that was a few years back but Action street was there at the time, it had just been refurbed actually.

They should ban smoking on every beach on the planet. I'm not a smoker but I'd have no problem with people smoking on the beaches ( it's outdoors after all) if everybody took care and disposed of the waste properly. Unfortunately, so many people don't, and something as precious as the planets beaches shouldn't fall victim to these idiots and stop everyone else from being able to enjoy them. No doubt in Thailand though it will just be used to extort money from tourists.

Until this September I had only been in high season, all be it I hadn't been for the past 3 years. This year decided to go in September and truth be told I think it was better. It only rained 2 of the 14 days and the crowds were much thinner. I'm heading back for high season but I'll definitely be going in the low season in future also which I had avoided up until now because of fear of the weather.

The girl in the centre of the first picture...Pim I think her name is? Anyone know where she is working now? I took her for a few days in 2014 when she worked in sensations and when I was back in Patts last month I was told she worked at sapphire now.. went to sapphire but no longer there.
