Now back uk and can say Chiang Mai ok did the tourist things as had my Thai lady with me . Chiang Mai Orchid Hotel very good b1000pn for big room lanna style and pool and free gym/sauna but rate if booked in advance and pay on line. not in centre but taxis easy and cheap for bazzar etc, for flight went bang/chiang Thai air 45 min b9000 return 2 person includes sausage roll and nuts! I had a good time but obviously most of it in my room!

I'm doing Bang/pattaya then Chiang Mai and staying Chiang Mai Orchid Hotel has anyone been to this Hotel and has experience? My Bang and Patt Hotels ok have been before.

I'm using chalermnit english-thai and the opposite version plus benjawan poomsan becker thai for beginners book and tapes but find using chal books if you invest in both works as thai people think your interested in their language even bg's

MY BEST DEAL FOR FALANG FOOD STAR DICE ON BEACH ROAD BUT WATCH THE TOILET ATTENDANTS! 3. HOTELS SAME AS EVERYONE ELSE DEPENDS ON BUDGET BUT IF WANT ENGLISH RUN AND APARTMENT NOT ROOM WITH TV/DVD/VID/AIR ETC I GO SAME EACH TIME (EMAIL ME IF WANT NAME) SOI 3 (CENTRAL AND ON BAHT ROUTE) AND I KNOW OWNER WELL. I WILL BE LOS 13TH JULY (CAN'T WAIT) AND DOING CHIANG MAI AS WELL SO IF YOU NEED A REPORT FROM THERE AFTER MY TRIP POST IT HAVE FUN !

Hi i'm new to this but have done Pattaya 5 times in 12 months and had bad experience with watch people. Saw a watch guy who said he could do a Yachtmaster in one day and ok price gave him bg no and yes he called next day ready but price up b2000 he said extreme job so higher price i said forget it. 10 calls to bg tel followed which we ignored and then quiet. I go Bang Airport next day and in taxi bg tel get 5 calls we say no but still call ? Solution Taxi Driver take phone and in thai say "stop ringing my sister and my brother is in south pattaya police and we have your number" Needless call stopped but has anyone had 15 calls on one copy watch?
