Cottages bungalow,about 700 baht, offer good accomodation, it's acroos the Central Festival Center. In soi 5, Royal Nice offer large room and bungalow, from 400 baht.

I visit this hotel on august 2005, it was just open, you have some comments in tripadvisor.com. It's look like a great hotel, even my favorite still remain sugar hut bungalow.

It's an amazing hotel,it's one of the few where you have europen, asian and arab customer. The ouside architecture is not so nice but you have large room and bathroom. The view from thew top restaurant is great and it have a body massage inside the hotel. Small pool at the back and great location.

The beach arfea on the north, from Orchide Amari until central road is the loviest part of the beach of Pattaya. Umbrellas and chair cost 20 bahts.

How much do you pay the Panorama suite ?

I found good choice in Pratunam BKK, about 150 bahts. in Pattaya you found a good choice too.

If you book trough agency for about 1200-1500 bahts a night with ABF you have Royal Benja soi 5, really nice the bathroom is with separate sower and bath, The Sommerset soi 15, small and lovely and the Manhattan soi 15 old but good. The Ambassador Tower can be also a good choice. I stay in all those hotels.

Every house complex on Sukhumvit road offer calm and good location, Central Park 2, Central Park 3, Greenville and Imperial. Usually the monthly rate is between 25000-50000 Bahts for a house with garden of 3 bedrooms on 2 floor.

4 years ago i stay in the Supammitr hotel, it's in front of the Euro Grand and i go drink some glas. The bar was plenty of nice girls, it's in soi Bongkot a small soi from Sai 3.

For about 2500 bahts you have the Montien hotel, close to Patpong, the Arnoma close to different shopping center and for about 2000 the Regency Park soi 22 in Sukhumvit.

I also know only one Pattaya Garden in Naklua. It offer 2 kinds of Bungalow, i stay in the "new" wing and it offer a lot of different bulding too. Nice garden and 2 pools, it was a lovely one week stay. I think you don't will have problem with GF.

It have 2 hotels in Jomtien with rooms including jacuzzi. Asia Pattaya the Jacuzzi suite at full rates 6000 bahts or 4000 bahts with some agency and the Adriatic Palace a hotel that i just added in the hotel reviews. An other possibility is a room in the penthouse with exterior jacuzzi for about 1400 bahts in a swiss restaurant in soi Diamond , i forget the name unfortunately.

It have one Sailor inn in Soi Post office, it's an small restaurant hotel the owner seem to be from Norway. Check at sailorinn.com

Nova lodge is a good choice, good location and quiet, if you have room looking the garden. Nautical inn soi 11, the oldest hotel in Pattaya (1961) is an other good choice. Together they cost about 1000 bahts. You will surprise some price are even more cheap in baht today. For example somme hotel at 800 baht in 1989 Peace resort (about USD 24) are now 700 baht (18 USD).

I stay at the old section of the hotel in july 2003 for a ridiculous price 1200 bahts for 7 nights... No lift, but my room was with seaview and it's 100 meter to beach road and 5-10 minutes walk to the south. The new section look really good with flashy room. If you change for about 600-800 baht the neighbour Nautical Inn, soi 11, the oldest hotel of Pattaya, offer large garden and nice room.

I go in A.A few years ago and it's a good location and wonderful view from the pool. The room are not large and my bathroom was with bathtub, if he price is not over 800 baht it's a good place.

I go visit Diana Garden Resort few years ago, it's located in the other side of the the street of the Bus station on North road, you have to take a small street to reach it. The hospital probably they recommand you this hotel because is quiet and not far. The room were large and you have golf driving range .

I stay there and it's a really good hotel, arab area is not far, of course you have to,pay a charge for GF, about 500 baht, but the price of the hotel, about 1400 baht is really cheap.The bathroom is with separate bath and shower, the pool offr great view of sukhumvit.

In soi 4 it have Pattaya Beach Tower, it's a condominium, i stay there in a appartment. For 1200 baht you have a large choice of hotel. Pattaya center soi 12 offer seaview, about 1000-1500 baht trough local agency. Sabai inn, lodge soi 2 offer quality about 1000 baht. Tropicana beach road about 1200 trough local agency. good luck

You have in soi 12 the Pattaya Centre hotel, the deluxe room on the corner for about 2000 baht a night, offer large room with splendid sea view, but no garden only nice pool. In the nautical inn, the oldest hotel soi 11, the new bulding offer some romm with seaview, about 900 baht.Finally th Siam bayview between soi 9 and soi 10 a deluxe romm, for about 2500 baht a night offer all garden quality service and nice seaview. You can book trough local agency like worldtravel with office in the best hotel in Pattaya, like Montien, Royal Garden or Dusit

In Soi 2 of the group Sabai, it have sabi lodge, different pool in a park, Sabai inn and of the other side of the street the newly open Sabai resort (before Weekender), The old but good Beach view also on soi 2, beach road. The cottage, if you like bungalow opposite of the shopping center Central festival, you feel like in a country resort. Soi 4, Thai Palace, old but still good. On soi 3 beach road Charming inn, but the best way is to walk on those street and have a look yourself.
