uk pound is now 61.9 to the thai baht that means lost about 15 pounds on 100 pounds since last trip in october i think it will keep on dropping and will be down to 50 baht to the pound before the end of this summer any bms got any thoughts on this

emailed bay breeze and they are qooting 800 a night reduced to 600 for a 3 week stay intown quoted me 700 a night for end of feb for those of you that have stayed at both of these hotels which is the better one

stayed at the intown twice now paid 500 last may and 550 in october just emailed them and they are quoting me 700 for end of feb for budget hotels with pools i dont think this hotel can be beat -

thanks kev i have now emailed them will wait for reply hey easy going i have stayed at the honey inn many times but now they dont have a pool the rooms are a lot better now i checked them out last october i usually start my night in the bar opposite the honey pimms bar paul the owner is a friendly brummie the bar usualy gets a mix of friendly expats and pattaya regular tourists -
straight to pattaya this time no bangkok anyone fancy sharing a taxi or even a few beers at manchester or abu dhabi

in the square that consists of pattaya beach road pattaya klang south pattaya road and the 2nd road ish apart from apex bay breeze and the intown does anybody know of any budget hotels with swimming pools for 700 baht or under preferably the beach road side thanks in advance

for those of you who like to stay soi 3 area seaside guest house is pretty new and the rates look pretty reasonable i personally like soi honey area but thought i would mention it

ice inn has no lift be carefull you are not stuck on high floor

intown has no website room rates at the moment are about 700 per night they will come down if you are staying 1 week or more also i think they come down on the 1st of march i payed 550 in october no problems with taking 2 friends back the rooms are large and ok for the money small roof top pool with good views they will take a telephone reservation or email booking email is info@intownholiday co.th telephone is 038420696-701 you need to put the thai code and drop the 0 also there are many good value guest houses soi lk metro soi buakhow and the sois of soi buakhow do a search hope thi

honey inn has no lift it has 3 floors including grond floor it has night porters they would probably just let you in the room sort paperwork out in the morning breakfast is included 1 person restaurant is very cheap anyway stayed in the honey inn many times very homely and friendly but now no pool intown just up the soi is probably better value

woraburi hotel is ok nice roof top pool no problems with guests about a 7-8 minute walk to nana free shuttle when it is working. buffet breakfast but i cant belive how the prices have gone up stayed here when it first oprned about 5 years ago room 350 baht yes 350 baht then 500 then 700 then 900 now i think the cheapest rooms are over 1000 baht still not bad for bangkok one other thing they dont ask for the girls for id card all the time so i would ask them to take the girls id card to be on the safe side if you are going to pattaya after bangkok watch the taxi drivers outside they can try it

does the rockhouse have a seperate entry or do you have to walk through the bar every time you go in or out also is there anywhere to park motorbikes -
yes it is down the side of the big c i have found some sites where it is 700 baht a night but stay 14 pay for 10 works out at 500 baht a night i cant decide between eastiny inn the cottage or opey de place think ill give the cottage a go and thanks for the answers

cant find much info on this place only a couple of ok reviews found a site where you can get this place for 500 baht a night seems pretty good to me anybody know if this place is girl friendly and what the place is like in general

i think sawasdee sea view has computers with internet access also they will do your laundry but internet cafes all over pattaya and also no shortage of laundrys including one opp sawasdee seaview have fun in pattaya -
