Hi Guys, Currently staying at this new place second rd soi1 near bigC. Great value at the moment 1/2 price. Huge corner room with full size bathroom, 1st class mini-suit, massive bed, has everything except balcony but has large windows that open out, views in 2 directions. Great pool on roof, bart bus at door easy walk to soi6. Room rate 1650b, cheaper ones available. Just left Sandy Spring deluxe seaview, nice, but no comparison in rooms. Best room in patts for the price by far (I have looked arround at the most fav ones), if you don't mind being away from Walking street. The new Summe

Will be there in a week, have stayed at Sunshine Soi8 and Flipper Soi7 so will let you know. Main issus from my point of view is there is no pool, but i never used sunshine pool (and they have 2) and used flipper pool twice......so for me the lack of a pool is (surprisingly) not a biggy. My main issue is will my scooter be safe when I park it there, guess a few hundred bart will fix that. nosrob

Last days in Flipper House after a 7 day stay, very nice mini suite at 1200BHT per night. Room has big bath, balcony and room for sitting. Great a/c, great location and u/g parking. will post pics when i work out how to. nosrob
