I was flying twice with them this year London - Bangkok. As their flight continues to Taiwan - the flight is always uncomfortably packed, no place to stretch. I don't mind anything - but they allow only 5kg hand luggage which is a pain if you are planning to do a shopping spree in Bangkok airport duty free shops. They wanted me to leave all my goods at the airport - and only when I demanded a next day flight they took my larger luggage undercarrage. I find that Lufthansa has cheap flights from the UK is October and November (with a stopover in Frankfurt)
