I'm looking to go to Pattaya for 2 week holiday, is there any good deals that anybody know's of that time? I saw a flight for £380 with Eithad that I wanted to go for, but I didn't have my credit card on me, by the time I looked again, it was gone!

I have been to Pattaya before including this year (Jan 2006) But I wanted to do some research on other people's expenditure over the course of a month. I'm sure it's a difficult question to answer, as everyone is different and do different things. But so far the feedback has been good and given me an insight to the whole thing. Many thanks

I will be off on a months stay to Pattaya in July. I know this question must've come up quite a lot, but how much is best to take on month stay???

I stayed at the hotel about a month ago. Paid something like 4,500bhat a night. Was ok, nothing special. Thing about the Hard Rock, it's a name, nothing more.

I know there is one in Mike's Mall. Think it was 3rd floor if my memory is correct.

Mine would have to be the Sportsman in Soi 13. The place looks just like a typical english bar! The food there is just fantastic as well. Top bar!

Where about's in Thailand will the new airport be located? And how far will it be from Pattaya?

I can't say I enjoyed my stay at the Lek hotel. I stayed at the old-wing and thought the place looked a bit dead. Very grey and had some dodgy red crapet there, plus the TV had poor reception, and the phone didn't work either! But saying that, most people that I know have stayed there, have all said great things about the place. Check it out yourself, but don't make the same mistake and get a room in the old wing!
