A couple of weeks ago, I flew down to Boracay from Angeles, and spent 7 days in the sun. During the whole time, it only rained once, on and off for 2 hours, and that was the only rain I saw. Bulabag beach on the other side of the island, is meant to be mainly kite surfing, as this is the side of the island that the winds hit first. Its a very narrow beach, and on this day was full of seaweed and other debris that had washed ashore. It doesn't strike me a beach where you could happily sunbath all day long, bit there are a number of high end guesthouses and hotels and resorts on this beach. Anyone know what this fish is called???

The Greenyard Inn, located in the area of Station 3 on White Beach on Boracay Island. The hotel is sat back slightly from the beach, and in a small local residential area, where the locals are very friendly. On 1 night, they invited me to gamble and play cards with them, but as I had no idea what the game actually was, I declined. Even declining, they still supplied me with beer and rum, and wouldn't take a single peso for it. A number of local house shops and eating places in the local vincinity. The hotel is built over 5 floors I think, and was only renovated 1 year ago. It u
