Beijing to Bangkok business class

Hi guys!

 

I have the choice of flying Thai, Dragonair, Cathay Pacific or Air China from Beijing to Bangkok. Under normal circumstances I'd fly Thai, but I've heard that their business class is outdated.

What do you guys say?

I say it's a 6 hour flight. What difference does it make? I would be more interested what time I arrive then the minor differences in business class. Get in at the wrong time and you could spend a long time in line at immigration and then there's the traffic.

Thai is shit in business class. New facilities due to be rolled out in the forthcoming couple of years. They are well, repeat well behind the times.

 

I would choose Cathay but there is no direct flight. That would mean routing through Hong Kong.

 

What about points ? Cathay and Thai are in seperate alliances.
