HI i`ve just booked in for a month in the Eastiny on soi 8.On surfing the web a little more i saw that they are charging Bt 400 per night for your lady of choice to accompany you home.Can any one confirm this as i would rather change rooms if this is the case and give the extra 400 too the Lady...

First there are 2 Eastiny's on Soi 8, Eastiny Inn and Eastiny Place and they are both owned by the same people as well as the Bella Vista nearby. I've stayed at both the Place and Bella Vista and they never charged a joiner fee. Have heard that Eastiny Place charged an extra 300 baht for every TG over 1.

I stayed at the Eastiny Place...confirm that they charge for more than one guest (went back with a pair of twins and got charged extra). When I arrived they told me: "only one girl Sir and no lady boy please". If you stay there ask for the "b" side .. high floor.

I just stayed in Eastiny Inn last week. No joiner fee, anyway, ladies have to register. Have not tried this out as I checked in my regular so she could also get the key without me. No problem either!

btw, a friend stayed in Eastiny Place the same time and I know he had another TG everyday. He did not report anything on a joiner fee either (he definitely would have mentioned this when it were the case).
