Haven't stayed there, but did check it out awhile back. The place does have a pool and security boxes which might require you to provide your own lock. The place is about 3 years old and is located near Soi Buakaow.

my buddy and his tilac stayed there, actually tilac recommended because close to her room. Nice, new guest friendly relitivly cheap, just that it's half a block east of soi buckow so you are a little out of the way unless your familair with the baht bus routes of soi bukow. easy enough if your not to fucked up.

my buddy got on the wrong one and ended up some where out on 3rd road!!

usally ok heading out but getting back you need to pay attention, just cann't jump on any baht bus like beach/second road.
