Landmark Hotel & Grand President Suites

Recommended Posts

I know these two hotels are not in Pattaya, but was wondering if someone knew a good website/booking agency that gave discount rates for either/both of these establishments.

Thanks in advance,

HJR

Hard to find great deals when it comes to Landmark these days. From 4000 B on the net. Don't think the regular rooms are worth it, but the suites from 5500 B are great.

I always use thaihoteldiscount.com - Been cheapest the last years.

You pre-pay the first night through asiabanks website. Never had a problem. Then they contact you after check-in for the rest of the payment (if you stay more than 1 night).

Well Winston I would normally use the Majestic Suites that are nominally more expensive than the Nana, but this time I will be staying with wife to be and our daughter so thought something a bit less in the thick of things and with a bit more room would be appropriate. Any other input with be appreciated!

Hjr,

You could try the Centre Point Apartments.

On Petchburi road, across from Pantip Plaza and in the thick of the Pratunam Markets.

47m Studio - 1650 Baht

94m 1 bedroom - 2600 Baht

inc tax, service and breakfast.

Check out other hotels with the drop down boxes at the top of the page.

Another good site is Precision. Please click through my site in the signature file.

Its my first go at a web page and its still under construction but the hotels are finished.

Try this website for Grand President.

www.grandpresident.com You will find pictures, e-mail address, reservation ..etc

Grand President is a service apartment and Landmark is a 4-1/2 star hotel. I suppose you know the subtle difference between service apartment and hotel.

I've stayed in both Grand President and Landmark before. Junior suite in Landmark is very nice. Standard room ( called superior room ) in Landmark seems a bit small in size.

Grand President is decent.

Forgot to add.

Lot's of people like Marriott better than Landmark these days. Around 500B more but the regular rooms are suppose to be nicer than Landmark. On the other hand, another 7-800 more will get you the junior suite at Landmark, and they are among the nicest I've seen. I stayed at all 4 room types and "Junior" wins.

I swear to Landmark but Marriott gets the thumbs up by many.

Your wife will love Huntsman Pub and the Phillippino band there (my gf's main reason for Landmark). Just make sure you don't try the beer buffet in there, it's dangerous (4xx ++) all you can drink. Think it was mid week.
