After a search on Google, I found a small studio at View Talay for 9350 Baht pr.month. That's not bad is it ? But... There's a but here Is that a gay place ??

Take into account that usually those monthly quotes don't include the cost for water and electricity and more than likely if your renting from an individual you'll have to do your own house cleaning. Paying to clean your towels and linens along with buying your own toliet paper. Also many of the baht bus drivers like to charge 20 baht for the ride back and forth to Jomtien. You need to look at your total costs when doing a cost comparsion of your different options.

View Talay is definitely not gay. It is a huge apartment complex with a big mix of people. Certainly some of the tenants are gay.
