Was also discussed on the back of their new site Sabai Resort adjacent to Big C and the massage parlour on 2nd Road. No redecoration to the old rooms on the Soi 2 site, just a new wing that adjoins and opens onto Soi 1 also.

I think there's at least some difference in the prices you see on the website and the prices you can get by simply stopping by to check out a room. Assuming they have vacancies, you might be able to get a deal.

Hawk and i went into the new sabai lodge on july 6th. We took a tour of the standard and delux rooms. rack rate was 1350 and 1650 baht but we were told that if we paid in aqdvance 1100 and 1400 would apply and that if we wanted to stay for a week or more further discounts depending on vacancies. The rooms are very nice. We were staying at flipper new wing (what a joke) and were paying 900 baht for a delux room. The new sabai lodge was on par in quality to the sandy springs. :bj2 2guns

I stay at the Sabai Lodge quite regularly and never pay the rate on the website. As others have said they are nearly always ready to make a reduction in their room rates.
