Hi all,

Ive been to Jomtien fishing park and the 3rd park, and had good times at both, but Ive just found 2 new possible venues in the Pattaya area, on a map link posted elsewhere on the board.

Panarak Park

Chalee fishing park

has anyone been to these, or are they new?

Yes Ive done a Google searh and found very little on these venues, so any first hand info would be most appreciated.

Also, is there any fishing to be had from the local reservoirs, or is that a totally stupid question giving the recent droughts LOL :chogdee2

Lastly has anyone got info on Ponpool fishing park, Bangkok, this my also go by the name of Rangsit fishing park?

thanks, eyedot

Thanks Fasteddy,

I tried this guy, www.anglingthailand.com, last October, and had a good day out, over 20 fish to 22kg, BUT in my opinion well over priced, felt like Id been taken for a right mug. :P

It can be done at afraction of the price Im sure, anyone interested in Bung Sam Lang take a look here.

Hi also check out this sight for some good info www.thaifishingguide.com take a look at there freshwater section and also kanchanaburi where you can rent nice and well equiped house boats which are imo very expensive and will make my own way there and see what deals can be had if any,or get a nearby hotel and spend a day or two fishing there, you cant beat fishing in stunning scenary like what you get in kanchanaburi.
