Anyone had any experinces of this place its located on soi lengke.

Have found a few shots scattered across the web but wanted some first hand knowledge.

Looks pretty good for 700 baht.

If not anything similar in the same area ,must have a pool and a in room safe would be good .

Its just a few steps from the Opey de Place and opened about3 years back. Haven't stayed there but did take a look at there rooms and were on the same scale as the Eastiny's and Flippers.

Stayed for only one night before moving to Areca Lodge in July this year. Quite a clean hotel but not sure wether they have safe in the room. I have also seen the other two hotels next to it and I think this is a better one in term of cleanliness.

I stayed at J&P Court a few weeks ago, spent one night there before moving to my mates apartment

The rooms are good, I paid 600 Baht for a night

There was no in room safe but they have lock boxes at the reception area

Nice pool out the back

One place I would recommend in the Bukhao area is Sunview Place, I stayed there on my last holiday the rooms are very good, no in room safe though

Ahhhhhh J&P Court, has to be the best budget hotel in patters.

Stayed there 12 weeks from may thro july, did a deal for long stay, worked out under 500B per night.

Rooms pretty basic but very clean(daily clean and towels)free water too.

I dont think the pictures on their site do it justice, and as said before very friendly staff.i think ON will be back from norway now.

Great places to eat close by i recomend Robins Nest on Soi Diana.

Anyone going give my regards to Ashley....a cockney cab driver, well ex i guess cos hes lived in the hotel over 18 mnths.

Give me 6mnths and i hope ill be doing exactly the same :beer ,an i wouldnt even think about staying anywhere else.

PS keep it to yourselves guys dont want it fully booked when i visit again.
