Am searching for best deals from Auck-bang from April onwards anybody aware of any deals available at this time,otherwise being retired can wait and travel at even a few days notice,all advice appreciated.

As I understand it, if you buy a zuji e ticket you can`t reserve a seat ?

Last March I bought a return ticket on Tai Air for $999-00 with tax from Flight and reserved the seat I wanted.

What about Thai. I got a roundtrip upgrade next time i fly...

 

My travel agent (holiday shoppe francise) doesnt expect any specials on thai to at least the end of january for late feb-april travel. I want to fly around march but plans may change as a strong rumur is rife that the rolling stones will be in wellington for easter 06.

Heh my travel agent (flight centre) sent me an e mail today, $899 amazing thailand deals are now on for travel in jan to march. Seriusly you are retired so you have the time, you have a phone so you could phone around, you have the web to check for specials. I am not sure why you cant find out the specials yourself. Phone the flight centre now, or would you like us to do that for you?

Suggest you go back to bed and get up on the right side next time.I'm sorry if somehow I have managed to upset you in some way,but WTF your problem is I don't know and what is more couldn't care less.I simply asked for any assistance from members and it appears that you and you alone have for whatever reason chosen to take umbrage,but you know what F.U.

I do indeed have a telephone and have been in touch with Flight Centre and others and am indeed on their mailing lists,however the websites and e-ticket sites FYI are of no use to me as I do not possess or have a use for credit cards.

I thank you for your helpful suggestions and would truly like to reply in kind but alas I have no ambition to get banned for bad language.

I'll say farewell now but please do not forget to take your medication.

PS If you read my post carefully you will see that my request for info was for April onwards and not Jan/Mar as your E-mail indicated.

Yes I have re reard my responce to you and indeed it does appear harsh. For this i apologise. I just get a wee bit pissed when people are not prepared to help themselves. If you are not one of these people then fair enough.

 

I did see you had stated april onwards but you also stated you could go at a few days notice, that is why i responded.

 

On a side issue I am organising another get together of which many auckland based members attended earlier this year. I think you were continually not able to make it due to one reason or another and in the end we done it without you. Maybe you may like to meet this time. Up toyou.

Im flying AKL-MNL in Feb (NZ day) but have opted to fly SQ rather than TG this time and for the first time going to asia wont step foot into Thailand as SQ are $100 cheaper and they have this great flight SQ282 that leaves AKL at 1.10am.
