Memories guest house?

It seems that my hotel booking has got screwed up as per usual and I have been slotted to get a room at memories guest house on LK Metro

 

Does anyone know anything about this place.

It's the double shop house adjacent (north side) to Lolita's Air con bar/restaurant/pool table with rooms upstairs. Rooms were completed fairly recently. I have not seen the rooms. The owner Gordon is a Canuck
