Can anyone assist with budget airlines that fly direct from Bangkok to the Philipines as well as rough costs for return tickets

Nope, best I could do was PAL for 288 $ USD--- Good luck

Best I could do recently was Kuwait at just under 11k.

2Dave, I flew from Manila/Bangkok/Manila for a quick 6 day jaunt in Pattaya in January. The two airlines that I researched on the internet that fly direct to and from are Thai airways and Philippine airlines. The prices of PAL is a lot cheaper whether you fly economy or business class. I was offered $249 for economy or $640 business on PAL. Thai prices were far more. Hope this helps you!
