Pen raised birds require you to almost to step on them to flush, they fly very close to the ground and often right back at the hunters and dogs. Wild quail will often flush 30 or so meters in front of the hunting party, even with the dogs. Also pen raised birds will sometimes run and not fly, so you put rubber bands around their feet. 3) I am sure they just had a farm hand walk behind and clean the birds as they went. Grouse are nothing like the eadstern bobwhite quail and fly totally different pattern, even pen raised ones

EVA cancelled my front row exit seat when I booked online and reassigned me to one on the aisle but of course samwhiched up . I might get to change after boarding; it would seem they would just put that seat off limits on the website
