qatar air connection times

Qatar airways have got a fantastic business fare on sale for june ( approx £1070 ) but the connection time on the way out is about 40 minutes.

 

This sounds too tight but i welcome opinions from anyone who has actually flown the route

done qatar a couple of years back with approx 50 mins and it was no problem, must admit i was shitting it in case we missed the connection but i,m led to believe they will hold the flight if theres a delay

No problem whatsoever. The whole set-up at the airport is designed to allow fast transfer ....... well, at least the fast transfer of your bags. You'll be in good hands.
