I don't understand if the rooms now are clean or not.

If no what are the rooms without cockroaches?

I think of stay in penthouse for few days (3-4 days) this summer and i don't want to stay with bugs in room.

I kid you not, they are all over the place When you come back to your room from an evening out and put on the light, it's like Kings Cross Station in rush hour.

you can use the free lighter they give you to make a meal, no need to buy bugs from a cart.

I would have to disagree with that. I have stayed there twice and never had unwanted guest. My only problem is with the reservation desk. When I tried to book without the fax form (see 1st post) they took my information and billed me for 20,000 baht. When I questioned why the entire amount instead of two days, they got PO'd and cancelled my reservation. It's a shame as I was looking forward to my return visit.
