Just had a friend book this hotel in a package from uk. (Royal Cliff Beach Resort)

Would I be right, in thinking this hotel is definately not guest friendly?

Hi,

 

I've only been outside it in a baht bus. I know some people who have stayed there and it is an upmarket place where you can stay isolated from all the nightlife of Pattaya. Not a mongers hotel and some people stay inside it's grounds for their entire holiday. I like getting down and dirty with the lowlife mongers(even though I am a gentleman)so it's not for me.
