looking for a good hotel

Hi

 

Looking for a hotel, maybe condo upto max 30,000b a month december and january. I know its peak season and many places are full already sent lots of emails . Bella villa prima have rooms but are not answering specific questions ie can i not include breckfast, they seem to be ignoring me now

The place must have a pool and balcony anyone got any ideas

Bella Villa Prima includes breakfast in its rates. Last time I was there it was 2 breakfasts. They have a pool (small) and the rooms have an outside balcony. I will be staying there again in November. It is now 1,500 baht a night, so even if you get a monthly rate I would be surprised if it would be 30,000 baht or less.

It is 29,700 per month, but since i started asking about not having the breakfast they have decided to ignore me, looks good from the reviews, wasnt to sure if this include water and electricity thought with them not answering question may well never find out.

 

Only other place availble at the moment is nova park so if bella villa dont start talking will have to decide.
