I may be a bit late with this, but try the main hospital in Bangkok (name escapes me Bagrum (sp), someone will post the proper name, do a search on line) many rave about it, also it is on line and you can even contact them via their website to inquire about a podiatrist and procedures offered.

You are thinking of Bumrungrad Hospital - The last stop. I agree they probably have more than one, I was hoping for one a bit closer to Pattaya or Sattahip.
