My recent tennant moving out from my condo I'm renting out, so it will be available... for the sensible 12.000 baht/ month OR 7.000 baht / 2 week.. ( + utilities : cca 100 bht for water, 500-1500 baht for the electricity, depends from the air con use )

The cleaners in building A have got a bit silly on price so can you give me a contact number for yours if possible ?

The 'in house' ones are asking 250Bt a unit now !

In the building A I'm using a local one, she is 250-300, BUT she do for it ALL including the commode inside, the refrigerator inside, windows, mirrors etc.. Maybe you met her she works in the Hair/Laundry saloon left from the elevator, she speaks very strange, maybe deaf... In the building B. usually my partner in Pattaya organize it, when I tried some cleaners, they were cursory.
