After calling and e mailing several visa agents i went with Thaivisaexpress (£300 to £400) to submit my settlement visa application.He organised everything and took the stress out of the application and made me feel totally at ease nothing was any trouble for him and his word is his bond. He listened to my case and agreed to take it on but there was one condition i must do exactly what he asked me to do as must my partner and i would get the visa first time.They dealt totally with my wife advising her what documents they required and translating she simply scanned them and sent them,the file was made up sent across to her.All my wife had to do was sign page 8 add original documents submit it and wait 3 days later she had her 2 year settlement visa.Yes i know you can do it yourself but theres alot more to it than you realise and all i can say is he did an excellent job for us and i made a friend as well.From phoning paul and getting visa 1 month,that includes waiting 2 and a half weeks for bank statements.

No.But was ask if i was happy with the service to leave a review on various sites,which i am more then happy to do as he got my wife a visa.Nothing more nothing less.I think getting a visa is not so easy after looking on thaivisa.com.Thanks mike

getting a settlement visa is dead easy. All you have to do is prove you have a genuine relationship and provide the nesessary documents. Whats hard about that? If you have a genuine relationship and a job and somewhere to live you have nothing to fear.

 

Admittedly putting the documents together is time consuming, but I'm glad I did it alone. Not only saved the money, but also was a terrific learning experience.

AZZZEY68 has help me put together a visa file . to be fair they are getting harder. my mate married a girl over there , After a few months together , he still could not get a visa, the bar stuards made him go back to England and get all the relavant paper work , and even then he had to pull some baht strings for letters of garentee for her.

Here's another thing.

 

If you have a kid with a girl or presumably even adopt one and it has a british passport or is allowed to travel with you, the father, then the woman cannot be refused a visa to visit her child under european human rights legislation. You may have to fly first with the child but she a mother cannot be deprived from being with her child.
