Does anyone have any update on the construction next to the BJ on Soi 3. I am planning to stay there late Oct, into Nov.

I stayed there on the 5th floor for last 4 days in Sept. Noise was not a problem. The construction went on from 8am till 8pm but it wasn't all that noticeable. No pile driving, could hear some metal cutting occasionally but not much. Mostly setting up the tie rods for the concrete. I wouldn't let the possible noise be a deciding factor.

It does look like the new construction will "steal" the sea view from some apartments tho!

 

Not sure how high they will build tho!
