J House on South Beach Road

Hello members, I'm looking for information (pros/cons) on "J House" hotel near the end of South Beach Road. Wny information would be helpful. Thanks!

Stayed there about a year ago,location good but room were worn,shower water pressure was up and down all the time and had to shower in a differnt room most nights,after 6 days more out,you can do a lot better ie soi buakhao,though location not as good,better value room and only 30 baht on moto to best friend complex.(beer complex near j house) and if you got a room on one of the top floors the stairs can be hardwork.

As i say on the other post of JHouse and AA hotel, i stay last month, great location nice room, large pool and lovely receptionnist, but only few customers, for 800 bahts it's good hotel.

Thanks for the responses gentlemen. This place has the perfect location. I will continue to investigate.
